The specialized eye centre of Assoc. Prof. Atanassov is modernly equipped and lies in the very centre of the city of Plovdiv. It offers a wide range of ophthalmic services in a pleasant atmosphere and a lot of patient care.
The practice does not work with the National Health Insurance Fund. Examinations are paid according to the price list.
Besides the standard eye examinations, the practice has modern equipment for diagnosis and treatment of eye conditions: Applanation and non-contact (air) tonometer, Auto refractometers, pachymeter, computer perimeter "Humphrey", optical coherence tomography, corneal topographer.

Please note that Dr. Atanassov does not work with the Bulgarian National Health Insurance system in his private practice. All medical services are provided on a fee-for-service basis according to our price list.

For the optimal results within your appointment, please bring any current prescription glasses or contact lenses, and a list of medications you are taking. Additionally, ensure to have your medical records and any previous eye exam results available.
